We are deeply committed to our design process, focusing on the impeccability of our end product. Careful attention to detail is our policy given the exclusive nature of our clothing line, holding a limited seasonal inventory.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order you must contact us immediately at info@nicanicabyveve.com to proceed with the return process. The item must have original tags attached (unworn/unwashed). Sender is responsible for all shipping fees. After receiving the item back in the required conditions, the refund will be made within 30 days from the date on which you requested the return.

All SALE items are final.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Orders usually take 7 to 14 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you!

Domestic  Orders are shipped via USPS.

International  Standard shipping. About 12 to 14 days to be delivered (shipping does not include any customs or duty charges.)
